The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Malheur National Wildlife Refuge Complex, Priceton, OR 97721, has a requirement for Fuel deliveries on an as needed basis. The Service intends to award two blanket purchase agreements to the local distributors. Ed Staub and Son and Ebar, these contractors are able to provide the best value to the service. Interested contractors must be registered in the CCR and respond to the RFQ 101816Q068 posted thru a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at "http://www.fedbizopps.gov" or "http://www.nbc.gov".
