The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids for a contract for the Rehabilitation of two storage buildings at Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, Basking Ridge, NJ. The project includes construction of new concrete slabs (approximately 13,000 square feet), furnish and install a new 14' x 14' overhead door with electric door opener, furnish and install nine additional overhead doors with electric door openers, and furnish & install approximately 140 linear feet of underground electric power line from Maintenance Bldg panel box to Storage Bldg panel box. Two additive bid items could be awarded providing funding is availability. The additive items are to seal gaps in roofs and walls and furnish and install new lighting. The estimated magnitude for this job is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS code is 236210. This project is a small business set aside.
