R--R--Management, Organization, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) and Professional Engineering Services (PES) Support to the U.S. Department of Defense, Homeland Security and other agencies of the Federal Government.

The Department of the Interior is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for MOBIS and PES support to various federal agencies on a full and open competitive basis. Services may be required abroad or at home, at Government or contractor locations, with or without special security requirements. The performance period of contracts as a result of the solicitation will be for a 1-year period with four option periods. Anticipation performance start date is 1 Oct 2005. MOBIS includes consulting, facilitation, survey, training, privatization support and documentation (A-76), program integration and project management, alternative disiute resolution (ADR), and introduction of new service and support products. PES includes strategic planning for technology programs/activities, concept development and requirements analysis, system design, engineering and integration, test and evaluation, integrated logistics support, and acquisition and life cycle management.
