Y--Design and Construction of a Pre-engineered Metal Building for motor grader storage - Kenai National Wildlife Refuge

The United States Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting bids to erect one (1) 36' x 40', pre-engineered metal building for motor grader storage. The location of the Pre-Engineered Metal Building is to be located on Kenai National Wildlife Refuge. The site upon which the building will be erected is at the Skilak Lake Guard Station located approximately 3 miles from the southern junction of Skilak Lake Road and the Sterling Highway. The work includes the requirements for providing all structural steel for the pre-engineered steel building; secondary members; roof and wall sheeting; bolts and fasteners; painting of structural, secondary, and roof and wall sheeting; bracing; trim; base members; and framed openings, doors windows, concrete slab, and site work. The Construction Cost range will be between $100,000 and $250,000. A 20% Bid Guarantee shall be required as well as 100% Performance and 100% Payment Bonds.
