The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to negotiate a noncompetitive contract with Coast Machinery, Inc. This procurement is for the purchase of a Marsh Master II - Winch Equipped with specialized Forestry & Fire Apparatus. A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made Pursuant to 41 U.S. C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304.
