To be included on the offeror list, interested offerors must register on our website (www.usbr.gov/pn/contracts/construction). Telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. We reserve the right to issue the solicitation on paper or CD-Rom if it becomes necessary. If you are registered at our local website, you will be notified by email of the change.
