REPAIRS TO COMMUNICATION TOWER AT THE ILLINOIS RIVER (CHAUTAUQUA) NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE LOCATED NEAR HAVANA, ILLINOIS. Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, superintendence, and transportation necessary to repair tower framing members; replacing the stair treads and platform decks; repairing the roof and windows; painting; and appurtenant work. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns.
