Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies for the construction of a new 3 bedroom, 2 bath, residence at the Carson National Fish Hatchery, Carson, WA. Performance time is 120 calendar days. This is not an invitation for bid. Award will be negotiated on "best value" basis based on such factors as past performance and experience, in accordance with FAR Part 15 provisions. The estimated construction price range is between $100,000 and $250,000.00. The due dates is an approximation only.
