The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids on a contract for the Rehabilitation of the Headquarters Garage at Erie National Wildlife Refuge, Guys Mills, Crawford County, PA. This work will involve rehabilitating an existing 975 square foot garage building. Removal of old roofing and replacement with new asphalt shingle roofing; replace gutters and downspouts; repointing the exposed portion of the masonry block foundation wall; furnish and install a new electrical service including lighting and receptacles; furnish and install a new workbench and shelving; furnish and install a new garage door with electronic door opener and all incidental related work. Also, furnish and install a new pre-manufactured restroom facility, including it's associated concrete foundation and 750 gallon underground vault.
