The U.S Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for replacement of wastewater system at Mattamuskeet National Wildlife Refuge, Swanquarter, NC. Work included under this invitation consists of the installation of new sewage piping, pumping station, pumps, septic tanks, manholes, tilefield and electrical service to the new pump station all in accordance with the specifications and as shown on the drawings. This is not a small business set-aside in accordance with the latest quarterly adjustment under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code is 234910. The size standard is $27.5 million. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The tentative IFB issue date is on or about 03/29/02, with a 30 day closing.
