Y-- Restricted to Oahu, Hawaii Hub-Zone Contractors. Well Drilling at the Pearl Harbor National Wildlife Refuge. Project consists of well drilling and related work rquired to install an eight-inch well capable of producing 250 gpm. This is a Request for Quote #101812Q054 and construction is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Award will be based on best value practices with past performance, experience and price as evaulation criteria. Contractors will need to submit resumes of related work and contact name and phone numbers for past performance checks. No bid, performance, or payment bonds are required.
