J--Basic Inspection, Repair and Preventive Maintenance on seven (7) Centrifugal Refrigeration Machines and related controls located in the Main and South Interior Buildings, Washington, DC

The Department of the Interior, National Business Center intends to award a firm fixed price contract for chiller maintenance and repair. The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and supervision to perform inspection and preventive maintenance on five (5) centrifugal refrigeration machines and related controls located in the Main Interior Building and on two (2) centrifugal refrigeration machines and related controls located in the South Interior Building in Washington, D.C. The contemplated contract will be a 12 month base year contract with four (4) one-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued no later than July 15, 2002. A walk-through will be conducted approximately two weeks following issuance of the solicitation, specific date to be announced. All responsible business sources (Large and Small) may submit a proposal that will be considered by the Agency. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be considered.
