The following is a description of the requirements for this acquisition.THE MANUFACTURING, FURNISHING AND THE DELIVERY OF HOT ASPHALT CONCRETE MIX. THE HOT ASPHALT MIX DESIGN MUST MEET CALTRANS STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS OF SECTION 39. THE AGGREGATE GRADATION WILL MEET THE SPECIFICATIONS OF 3/8 INCH MAXIMUM IN SECTION 39 (2.02). Delivery to the Furnace Creek Campground, located one mile north of the National Park Visitor Center, Highway 190, Death Valley National Park, Death Valley, California. Delivery to start in mid May, 2012 and to continue thereafter as arranged by Ainsley Holeso, Roads and Trails Foreman. Delivery may be contingent on weather conditions in the park.
