Furnish and Install Platform and Access Ladder to Cooling Towers at Independence National Historic Park

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision to furnish and install a platform and access ladder to Cooling Towers located at Independence National Historic Park, Philadelphia, PA. This will be solicited as an Invitation for Bid (IFB), set-aside for Emerging Small Business Concerns in accordance with FAR 19.1007(c)(1). NAICS of this project is 238290 and standard size of business is $14.0 M. This is a single competitive Firm Fixed Price procurement under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Value of this contract is estimated less than $25,000.00. Award will be made to the responsive responsible contractor providing the lowest price. Contractor awarded this contract will need to be listed on the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov and have a current active registration.
