The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, VA Portland Health Care System (VAPORHCS), located at 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Road, Portland, OR 97207, in accordance with FAR 13.501, intends to solicit from a single source through Cardinal Health-WaveMark-CIMS, 300 Baker Avenue, Suite 207, Concord, MA 01742, for annual maintenance and support services for the WaveMark Supply Inventory Management System installed at the Portland VAMC, Puget Sound VAMC and Boise VAMC. This solution was installed at these locations in November 2017. The NAICS Code is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5 M. The statutory authority for restricting competition under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, or Single Sourcing, is 41 U.S.C. 253(c), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide services for the WaveMark Supply Inventory Management System.
