J--SERVICES - Phillips Preventative Service and Maintenance for Allura Xper FD20 (Clarity) HYBRID

The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Phillips Healthcare A Division of PENAC. This order will be for full Service and Preventive maintenance, certification, repair and replacement tubes(Glassware) of the X-ray equipment listed for a Base and 4 Option years on the Allura Xper FD20 listed below all located at the James A Haley Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) at 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd. Tampa, Florida 33612. This order requires the Service Technician to have original equipment manufacturers (OEM) training on the specific models located at the James A Haley VAMC and must have full and unfettered access to all OEM service publications, diagnostic services and software. Phillips Healthcare has been identified as the only provider who can supply this service. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all expressions of interest received within Five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. Interested contractors may identify their capability to provide the services prescribed within this notice, and should provide sufficient data for the government to determine them as a comparable alternative to the intended source. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, DUNS number, geographical location, business size, number of employees and capability.
