Pursuant to 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Department of Veteran Affairs VHA intends to solicit from a single source. The Northern Arizona VA Health Care System (NAVAHCS) is seeking a Full-service contract for its CareFusion PYXIS SUPPLY Dispensing and Inventory Management Systems located within the Pharmacy Department. This contract will include unlimited parts, unlimited labor, travel, telephone service, lodging, and any other collateral expenses required to service and perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and emergency repairs. Service contract on: Pyxis System and Emergency Services The intent of this notice is not to request competitive proposals, and any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. However, interested parties may submit a description of their firm's capabilities for satisfying this requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort.
