J--Notice of Intent to Sole Source for GE CT Discovery & GE NM Infinia without Hawkeye

The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO20, Veteran Affairs Boise Medical Center in accordance with FAR 13.501, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with General Electric Company, GE for the following services: The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, travel, equipment, materials, and labor to provide Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for the GE CT Discovery CT750 HD and the GE NM Infinia - without Hawkeye located at the Boise Veteran Affairs Medical Center. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide this service. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 PM PDT on 28 October 2016.
