Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price, contract for maintenance and repair services for Stryker Endoscopy and Communications medical equipment in support of the VA Southern Nevada (Las Vegas) Health Care System (VASNHCS) to Stryker Endoscopy, 5900 Optical Court, San Jose, CA 95138. The proposed contract award will be for a base year and four (4) 1-year option periods. Authority: FAR Part 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Additionally, this acquisition shall follow the procedures under FAR Part 13.5 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Estimated Period of Performance: Base Year: January 1, 2017 December 31, 2017 Option Year 1: January 1, 2018 December 31, 2018 Option Year 2: January 1, 2019 December 31, 2019 Option Year 3: January 1, 2020 December 31, 2020 Option Year 4: January 1, 2021 December 31, 2021 NAICS: 811219/Size Standard: $20.5M Requirement is for the maintenance and repair of Stryker endoscopy and communications equipment in support of the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System. Contractor must provide for all transportation, labor, supervision, tools, parts and other materials as needed to support the requirements of the statement of work (draft SOW attached for reference). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirement for the estimated period of performance. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
