J--Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Numa Software Support for the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System

The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO20, Veteran Affairs Puget Sound Healthcare System in accordance with FAR 13.501, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Numa, Inc. for the following services: to furnish all necessary tools, documentation, software, remote on-line diagnostics, and data recovery required for the inspection, support, and repair of equipment, software, and accessories for the Veteran Affairs Puget Sound Healthcare System. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide this service. Responses must be received no later than 14:00 PM PDT on 31 August 2015.
