The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 8) intends to negotiate a Sole Source under the authority of FAR 6.302 commercial item services contract to Data Innovation LLC. The requirement is for the Annual support, maintenance and upgrades services to Data Innovation Instrument Management Software. Data Innovations owns all intellectual property rights in the Instrumental Manager Software, The period of performance for this requirement is October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2019. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a capability Statement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by respond to the requirement no later than October 15, 2014; 4 PM EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
