The requesting location is Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System, 2601 Harlingen, TX 78550. NAICS 811219 applies. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C.253 (c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 8.405-6 (B) only one source is capable of providing these proprietary services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized under proprietary conditions. The described simplify the filling of recurring needs for supplies and services for use at Valley Coastal Bend Health Care for a Robotic Prescription Dispensing system and only ScriptPro can fulfill this requirement. No other company is expected to respond. The Period of Performance shall be from the date of award, and extends for 6 months. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
