The statutory authority for restricting competition under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, or Single Sourcing, for acquisitions under $150,000.00 or Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) is 41 U.S.C. 253(c), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide preventive maintenance and repair services for the Medisafe SI-PCF Sonic Irrigator in accordance with all manufacturers' specifications.
