Replacement Nurse Call System

The VA Puget Sound Health Care System, Seattle, Washington intends to negotiate sole source with Electrocom Sound and Communication Systems, 6815 216th Street S.W. Lynnwood, WA 98036 for demolition and replacement of a Rauland-Borg Nurse Call System under authority of FAR 6.302. The Government believes that only one responsible source can satisfy the agency requirements. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by August 31, 2005. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. All inquiries must be submitted in writing; telephone inquiries will not be accepted, nor written responses received after August 31, 2005.
