65--Sole Source-Fidler Probes

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed contract to Thermo Electron Corporation, 504 Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM 87504 for the following: Mfg: Thermo Electron - Five (5) each, Fidler Probes, Part# G5-BE for 311th MSG/LGRB, 8045 Crouch Road, Bldg 1163, Brooks City Base, TX 78235. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is sole within the discretion of the Government.
