Membership Renewals for Clinical and Cardiovascular Advisory Board

The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VISN 2)Network Contracting Activity is conducting discussions with The Advisory Board Company, 600 New Hampshire Avenue, NW, Washington, DC for renewal of VISN 2 annual membership to the the Health Care Advisory Board Clinical and Cardiovascular Research Services for the period June 4, 2004 through June 3, 2005. Interested parties are requested to submit, within seven (7) calendar days of this publication, clear and convincing data substantiating their capabilities and qualifications to provide similar membership services that offer best practices, research and analysis to healthcare industries focsuing on business strategies as applied to healthcare, operations, and general management issues. Data received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether this acquisition will be conducted using full and open competition. The determination to conduct this procurement using full and open competition shall be entirely within the discretion of the VISN 2 Network Contracting Activity.
