Also implantable pacings leads,universal arrhythmia management, defibrillators devices, implantable tachyarrhythmia leads and cardiac resynchronization shall be part of this planned agreement. Commercial item procedures shall be used for the above stated requirement. The duration for this planned consignment agreement is for three (3) years, a base year period with two (2) renewable option years.
