J--PARATA Pharmacy 2000 and Baker Cell Pharmacy Maintenance and Support Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Boise VA Medical Center, intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. This is not a solicitation; it is a notice of intent to sole source a requirement for Full Service Maintenance Agreement and Software and Technical Support for the Parata Pharmacy 2000 and Baker Cell Pharmacy Automation with Parata Systems, LLC. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
