J--Service Maintenance Contract for Medrad Injectorsat NMVAHCS, Albuquerque, NM and El Paso VAMC, TX

Albuquerque, NM VAMC and El Paso, TX VAMC intends to negotiate with Medrad Inc for standard preventative maintenance and repair services for the following Medrad equipment: Provis 35146, Mark V+ 28453, Spectris Solaris, 47247 and Stellant D/DX 40521. The anticipated contract will be for one base year plus four option years. Anyone who feels they can provide service for this equipment must prove that they are Medrad factory certified and are approved by Medrad to provide service and parts for this equipment. Companies or individuals who feel they can meet these qualifications may email their intent and their qualifications to the contracting officer at the email address provided within the notice. All material must be received in the contracting office no later than close of business August 29, 2008.
