VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro TN 37129 intends to negotiate a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302 with Advanced Sterilization Products, 33 Technology Drive, Irvine CA 92618 to provide service and preventive maintenance for the Sterrad 100S Sterilizer located at VA Medical Center, Cooper Drive Division, 1101Veterans Dr., Lexington KY. No solicitation package is available. Period of performance is October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, with two one-year option renewal terms.
