Notice of Intent to award sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 1) intends to negotiate and award a contract for MRI services in order to research cognitive disorders, traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to Yale University, New Haven, CT. A five year contract/basic ordering agreement is under consideration. The authority for this action is 38 USC 8153 and 41 USC 253(c)(5) as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 Authorized or Required by Statute and VAAR 806.302-5(a)(2). This notice contains information current through FAC 2005-51. The NAICS is 541712. The PSC is AN52.
