The VA intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price solicitation for laundry equipment for the VAMC Vancouver, WA. The VA is seeking potential sources for a government acquisition to provide: 1 (ea) Single-Stage Extractor Tunnel Washer Press; 2 (ea) 120 Pound Drying and Conditioning Tumbler; 1 (ea) 60 Pound Washer Extractor ; 1 (ea) Flatwork Ironing System; Air Filtration System to include: Furnish and install two (2) ea PF-6000 cleanside Pollution Fighter 6000; Furnish and install new one (1) each Eradicator ýýý 40 soiled side UV ýýý 4000 Eradicator; Furnish new six (6) each Roll media; Furnish new six (6) each Take-up tube with plastic & metal end cap; and furnish and replace approximately six (6) each orifice plate steam traps. NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. The solicitation will be unrestricted and the VA may award multiple contracts from the solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 333312 and the size of the award is between $500,000.00 and 1 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. At the conference prospective contractors will have the opportunity to make inquiries of VA staff. The VA feels that the Site Visit is essential to understanding the project.
