Description
The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center (JHQVAMC) in Mountain Home, TN has a requirement to correct all facility condition assessment deficiencies with the Historical Chapel building 13. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to completely correct all FCA Deficiencies noted in the 2015 FCA Report for the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center: Work includes general construction, alterations, walks, grading, drainage, construction, and certain other items. The building includes approximately 6,352 square feet of existing space on the first floor, second floor, and basement with crawl space including utilities. Work includes selective demolition, abatement of environmental hazards including mold, LBP, and ACM, modification, restoration, and new construction of existing interior and exterior features such as: roof, exterior walls, stairs, ramps, handrails, James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Project 621-20-101 AE Correct FCA Deficiencies with Historical Chapel Bldg. 13 concrete sidewalks, landscaping, accent lighting, building-mounted lighting, and signage; interior walls, floors, ceilings; doors and frames, and signage; floors, walls and ceiling finishes; finished carpentry; Chapel organ restorations, mechanical HVAC including air handling units, electrical power and lighting systems; plumbing systems including domestic water, data and communications systems; fire suppression.
