Award was made on a sole source basis under the SBA 8(a) program in accordance with FAR 19.800 and FAR 19.811-1. This design build construction project is a set of offices to house the Veterans Affair Office of Inspector General (VA OIG) on the 5th floor of the Lloyd D. George Courthouse. The major deliverables on this project are a complete design in compliance with applicable codes and standards; the construction of the offices in accordance with the plans created; and as built drawings reflecting the final project as constructed. The period of performance of the contract is approximately 393 calendar days. The contract is fixed-price.
