Construction, Alteration, Repair and Renovation

The work to be acquired under this solicitation is for construction, renovation, alteration, and repair and demolition of facilities work by design-build, design-bid-build, or performance scope of work for facilities located within the NAVFAC Northwest – Naval Station Everett Public Works Department Area of Responsibility (AOR). It is anticipated that most of the work will occur primarily in the States of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho; however, projects may also occur in the States of Montana and Alaska. The specific construction work to be acquired under this 8(a) contract shall be as described in each Task Order.
