Bldg.434 Carpet and Paint Repair, KAFB

This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 434 Repair Carpet and Paint. The work shall include the following requirements listed in the specific requirements. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: Demolition Contractor must remove existing carpet, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must remove existing wall base, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must remove existing wall covering, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must abate flooring, as indicated on drawings. Construction Contractor must provide and install new carpet tile, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must provide and install new rubber wall base, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must patch and paint walls, as indicated on drawings. Contractor must provide new rubber transition strips, as indicated on drawings.
