Building 86A Fourth and Sixth Floor Renovations

The base bid for this project provides all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide fourth floor renovation work in building 86A at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Kittery, ME, in accordance with the Scope of Work. Option 1 for this project provides all the labor, materials, transportation, supervision and equipment to cover sixth floor renovation work in building 86A at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Kittery, ME, in accordance with the Scope of Work. Option 2 for this project provides all the labor, materials, transportation, supervision and equipment to cover design, installation, testing, and associated training for connecting Floors 1, 5, and Penthouse to the new fire alarm and mass notification systems.
