This requirement is for construction services for Various Facilities within the Area of Responsibility of the NAVFACSYSCOM Mid-Atlantic Public Works Department, including Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek – Fort Story, Surface Combat Systems Center Wallops Island, Virginia, Fort Barfoot, Blackstone, Virginia, and Fort Walker, Bowling Green, Virginia, by means of an indefinite quantity contract effective for a total of five years.This contract was awarded on a sole-source basis to 8(a) contractor Blue Construction Services.
