Notice of Intent to Sole Source Combined Services (Operation & Maintenance and Janitorial) 6 month bridge Contract 27 April 2020 THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT AN AUTHORIZATION TO START WORK The General Services Administration (GSA) has received a request from the Savannah Field Office to procure a six (6) month bridge contract for Combined Services (Operation and Maintenance and Janitorial Services) for the four (4) Government-Owned facilities in Augusta, Dublin, Statesboro and Brunswick Georgia to assure uninterrupted services. The Acquisition Management Division intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 to provide Combined Services to the four (4) locations. The intent is to award this contract to WILSON 5 SERVICE COMPANY, INC., located at 6 PAGE ST, KITTERY, ME 03904-1416. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 when supplies or services agency are available from only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, full and open competition need not be provided for. Supplies or services may be deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of a follow-on contract when it is likely that award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency’s requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This contract has already been awarded. Please do not send any quotes.
