Heavy Pavement, Phase 2 and 3 for Missile Haul Route at Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Georgia

This is a firm-fixed-price contract awarded as a sole source 8(a) under the Small Business Administration and Department of Defense partnering agreement. The work to be performed provides asphalt milling, resurfacing of asphalt pavement, full-depth demolition of existing pavement, sealcoating, stripping, sodding, utility box replacement, new signage, and incidental work for Missile Haul Route at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay. This project will be accomplished in seven sub-phases. Traffic control devices are required for each phase.
