Civil Works (Horizontal) MATOC - Tulsa District Award

100% Small Business Set Aside Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Aw ard Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for Civil Works (CW) Construction Projects in Support of Various Military and Civil Works Projects Within the USACE Tulsa District's Boundaries ("USACE Tulsa District IDIQ MATOCs for CW Projects") Five (5) MATOCs were awarded through FAR Part 15 One-Step Best Value “Trade Off” Source Selection. The MATOCs are IDIQ contracts as defined in FAR 16.504. Civil Works projects will be provided by firrm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Orders (TOs). Each MATOC is a five (5) year contract (3) year base plus two (1) year options. The Government is under no obligation to issue any TOs against these MATOCs in excess of the minimum contract obligation of $3,000.00. No TO will be awarded that exceeds $7M. The shared sum of all TOs among the five MATOCs (contract capacity) shall not exceed the estimated amount of $49.5M.
