One elevator can be a freight elevator. • Offered space must be within 2 blocks of public transportation if available in the area. • Employee and Visitor parking spaces should be onsite if dictated by the local code or within 2 blocks of the leased space. • Below grade space is unacceptable. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
