AWARD NOTICE Under normal competitive procedures, this requirement would be competed for a reasonable period of time, typically 30 calendar days. However, given that the contracting office only received this requirement on March 26, 2020, which required delivery date/performance period starting on March 27, 2020, there is insufficient time to exucute this requirement under normal competitive procedures. Under the circumstances, Contracting Specialist still conducted oral solicitation between commercial and BPA holders vendors to the maximum extent possible and three vendors responding within a short notice.
