Equipment Rental for COVID-19 Vaccination Site

This was an urgent requirement for the rental of a trailer mounted 60-ton chiller and generator which is required to cool a COVID-19 vaccination site located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston (FSH), TX. This requirement is in direct support of providing the COVID vaccinations immediately and thus this requirement is of urgent IAW FAR 13.501(a)(ii) and 41 USC 1901. In response to COVID vaccination requirements, this procurement is to establish an order for immediate rental of the necessary equipment for the temporary vaccination site/facility and to ensure the facility is properly ventilated for the personnel and patients that will be administering and receiving, respectively, the COVID vaccination.
