The identified contractor for this action is the Omni Hotels & Resorts Dallas. This hotel has the capability to provide lodging for all personnel under one location. It also has the capability to provide a segregated occupancy section in order to minimize the spread and exposure of the virus between medical staff, hotel staff, and hotel guest. This action was procured as a sole source due to the urgency and specifics of the requirement as well as the limitations of the market.
