V212--Special Needs Transport (SNT) for the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS)

Short summary of work to be performed and benefits to VA: Navarre Corporation will furnish the necessary personnel and equipment to provide twenty-four-hour, seven days per week (24/7) (non-emergency wheelchair, scooter, & stretcher) Special Needs Transportation services to veterans of the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) residing in central Florida. Transportation destinations may include VA and non-VA medical facilities, veteran domiciles, and other locations. Place of Performance/Delivery: The primary medical facilities under this contract include the Orlando VA Medical Center (VAMC) at Lake Nona, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando FL 32827; the William V. Chappelle Jr Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), 551 National Health Care Drive, Daytona Beach FL 32114; and the Viera VA Health Care Center (VAHCC), 2900 Veterans Way, Viera FL 32940.
