This contract action was accomplished under statutory authority 10 United States Code 2304(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. An IDIQ contract award has been made to Millennium Dental Technologies, Inc. The total maximum value of the award is $1,526,792 for a five year ordering period. Task Order 0001 award dollar amount is $250,901.00 and meets the minimum contract guarantee. The ordering period is five years: 1 March 2020 – 28 February 2025.
