This is a recurring procurement for this requirement that is governed by Army Regulation (AR) 351-3. Professional Education and Training Program of the Army Medical Department, Army Regulation (AR) 351-3, date 15 October 2007, page 25, para. 6-14 Accreditation states: "Accreditations by Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) will be sought and maintained for all Army GME Programs. Commanders of AMEDD teaching facilities will program, budget, and fund for the accreditation surveys and related expenses of their respective programs in support of this objective."
