Grounds Maintenance Services

This is a Firm Fixed Price contract for Grounds Maintenance Services at Fort Buchanan, PR. Set Aside under 8a Small Business Program / Indian Tribe in accordance to FAR 19.805-1. Requirement includes: mowing at improved and unimproved grounds; fence-line clearing and cleaning; clearing and removal of debris; maintenance of all open surface drainage systems on post; tree, brush, and stump removal; harvesting of coconuts from coconut palm trees; tree pruning, clearing right of way for all aerial utility lines except the high voltage (38 KV) aerial lines under jurisdiction of the PR Electric Power Authority (PREPA); plant bed maintenance; and removal of debris and maintenance of grounds at Solar Panel Arrays.
