The contract is a single award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity hybrid fixed price incentive firm, firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-reimbursement-no-fee contract. The period of performance is for a 5 year ordering period inclusive of a 90-day phase-in period.
